There are two photo collages attached to this post.
Photo 1. The first collage shows different shades of the former Emohua local government administrative building, where chairmen of successive administrations in the council operated, before #LloydCamePrepared in 2021 and said, “No, we can’t continue like this; Emohua is bigger than this.”
The building before its demolition comprised the office of the local government chairman and personal aides of the chairman on the left wing, while the Department of Works occupied the right wing. It was actually a double flat in a B.Q. form.
Photo 2: The second collage is made up of two different pictures; the first picture shows the 3D of the ultramodern Emohua Council administrative building conceived by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd, while the second picture shows the progress of work at the project site of the newly constructed administrative building.
It is a storey building conceptualized to provide befitting offices for the council chairman on the penthouse, the vice chairman, principal officers, supervisors, and advisers, as well as their aides on the left and right wings of each floor, with a modern executive council chambers, conference room, business center, and central reception.
The building also comes with an elevator and an indoor parking lot for the office of the local government chairman.
